UTA BSN SPRING 2018

Hi everyone, so i decided to go ahead and open up a forum for the 2018 spring start date. I know it might be early but hey everyone including me will have questions and become quite worried on getting in.

Hi everyone!! I am new here and got accepted to the campus-based program and waitlisted for online. Wanted to see who else accepted the campus program??

I accepted, but am still holding out hope that I will get accepted to one of the other programs closer to me.

I was accepted last semester off the waitlist, with a 3.86 Science and 3.6? Overall, I don't remember the exact numbers. I was one of the last Houston people accepted, I declined the offer (had already accepted another school) and a classmate was given my spot 3 days later. She was the last Houston person off the waitlist that we know of.

I am not partnered but did have a previous Bachelor's

Has anyone received a confirmation email after you submitted the survey? I know it says we should get them by 10/15. Just checking.

I called them yesterday regarding that confirmation email, they said we would all get them on the 15th!

I was also wait listed. I am not an RN yet, but I was curious if anybody knew any other good BSN programs as an alternative. I have to have a 100% online program. Reading these posts I am not feeling very confident about getting in this Spring. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

For those of you that were accepted into the on-campus program, are you able to access the online orientation? I thought it was supposed to be available today, Oct. 13 but I don't see anything...

apparently they're emailing us a link for the blackboard orientation but i havent received anything yet
