Saphira TX- If you don't mind me asking how did the interview go on Jan. 19th? How many other applicants were there and what was the essay over?

Sorry guys, I was busy the day I got my letter but I just wanted to get on and let everyone know to check their mail! lol

12) Withdrawals or Repeats (prereg.): a bunch of Ws, repeated college algebra, realized I didn't even need it..

13) Interview Date: Feb 16th

14) Other info: I could've done better on the NET (fire alarm went off during the reading) or retaken it (didn't get a chance to retake it!) and I have some poor grades and Ws so my overall GPA is kinda low, but I'm trying to stay positive!!

Where was I when UT decided to change the criteria for the entrance exam from the NET to the HESI? I am so upset right now. I did so well on the HESI and now I have to wait another application period to apply. :crying2:

I am not sure about this but I heard after Fall 2010 application, they will now require the HESI instead of NET. So as far as I know for Spring 2010 it will be the HESI.

i just got my interview letter! i'm so excited! i'm scheduled for february 9th. :w00t:

1) nursing prereq. gpa: 3.354

2) nursing science gpa: 3.666

3) undergraduate gpa: 3.237

6) net math:

7) net reading:

8) age: 21

9) medical experiences: i'm a cna. i have a ton of volunteer experience, including several months of being on-call for hospital runs in case victims of sexual assault and domestic violence came into the er. i'm not sure if that counts, though.

10) first and second nursing school choices: anywhere! i just want the stress of not knowing if/where i'll be accepted to end.

11) unfinished prereg. classes needed to take: chemistry.

12) withdrawals or repeats (prereg.): i have a bunch of withdraws because of work.

13) interview date: feb. 9, 2010

Congratulations to all who have received their interview letters. I wish you the best of luck in your interviews.

What are you guys going to put in your resume?

I absolutely have no work experiences.

How far back are we suppose to go?

Do we list some of high school achievements and such?

Haven't gotten an interview letter (yet! I'm very confident I will get one) so I don't know the details about the resume requirements, but do you have any volunteer experience? You could put that on there instead of work experience.
