UT Houston (Fall 2014 applicants)

Hello Future Nurses,

Wanted to know if anyone was preparing to take the Hesi a2, and or applying to UT Houston before the Jan. 15, 2014 deadline for Fall 2014???? I would like to form a study forum!!

I also have 14 hours in-progress this semester and all my transcripts were removed off my to-do list. My HESI scores are still there, however. I called about it a couple days after the deadline, and they said it should be removed in the next couple of weeks. I'm giving them two more weeks then I will call.

I finally got my GPAs calculated that I said I would post eventually.

Pre-req: 3.73 (Texas Government, Developmental Psychology, and Biology-for UTMB elective science-in progress)

Science: 3.67 (B in Chemistry, Microbiology in-progress)

Overall: 3.60 (Calculus credit I didn't need added in)

HESI scores I had posted earlier:

Reading Comprehension: 82%

Grammer: 90%

Vocabulary/General Knowledge: 86%

Anatomy and Physiology: 84%

Math: 98%

Overall: 88%

Critical Thinking: 950

Along with a couple others, one transcript is still showing on my to do list (with classes in progress).

Hey everyone,

I'm applying to UTHSC Fall 2014. I applied for summer as well, but wanted to get my app in for Fall just in case I wasn't accepted. My stats are:

3.802 pre-req GPA

4.0 Science GPA

90% overall on HESI

Hesi Breakdown:

Grammar:96

Vocab: 86

Reading Comprehension: 94

Math: 90

A&P: 84

Critical Thinking: 800

I also have a previous degree in International Business. Fingers crossed I will get into the Summer program! For now I'll just obsessively check myUTH and pray for a green check to replace the green dot :) Best of luck to you all!

Hey guys I had applied for Spring of 2014 but didn't get in so I am reapplying for the Fall of 2014. I had sent in my hesi scores for the spring, do you know if I have to resend it? I emailed the asking school but they never replied. Also do you guys have any idea how to send your hesi scores to another school? I'm also applying to PVAMU.

I would call and see. I know I applied for both summer and fall 2014 and did not have to resend my scores for the fall application. Good luck!
