UT Austin Alternate Entry 2020

Hey everyone! I did not see a post for applicants for Ut Austin's Alternate Entry MSN program for 2020, so I started one! I know the application just opened a few days ago but with all everyone balances, I figure why not start now? I am applying for their PMNHP specialty.

I got an email for AG-CNS interview about 15 mins ago!!! I'm so excited!!!!! The email says the interviews are Dec 9-11

I feel like I’m in a little bit of trouble since I actually can’t make any of the interview times offered. They all take place during my final exams and I’m currently located in Richardson. I sent an email explaining my situation as soon as I received the email on December 3rd and haven’t heard anything back yet ? Has anyone else arranged a Skype interview or rescheduled their interview?

Got an invitation for an interview at about 9 this morning for AG-CNS. :) Looks like they are starting to send out the emails for the concentration.

Just curious if anyone who initially applied to PMHNP and was deferred to LeaDS has heard anything yet or if those of you who have gotten interviews for the LeaDS program applied to that program as your first choice. Thanks!

I originally applied to PMHNP but was redirected to LeaDs in early November. I had my interview this morning... but it sounds like the interview process lasts for a good while, so I wouldn't worry if you haven't heard anything yet!

ok so CNS and LeaDs have heard back, but has anyone that has applied to PMHNP heard anything?

I hope your interview went amazingly well! I had mine at 10:30 a.m. Naturally, picking myself apart now and hoping I did not leave anything important out.

I sure hope so! The professors I interviewed with were so warm and welcoming, it was very easy to be relaxed and answer all of their questions without nerves getting in the way. I wore a navy pant suit with loafers.
