UT Austin Alternate Entry 2020

Hey everyone! I did not see a post for applicants for Ut Austin's Alternate Entry MSN program for 2020, so I started one! I know the application just opened a few days ago but with all everyone balances, I figure why not start now? I am applying for their PMNHP specialty.

I just found this thread after stalking last year’s thread! I got an interview offer for the CNS program. So excited - but nervous!

Does anyone know what percentage of interviewees are offered a spot in the program?

I have an interview for CNS on Tuesday (I think). Has anyone else used Doodle to schedule interviews? I followed the prompts but have not received an email confirmation from doodle. Are we supposed to? How did everyone else's scheduling experience go?

Congratulations on your interview! I interviewed for LeaDS yesterday. I was sent the Doodle link on Monday, then I received confirmation from Professor Herrera who sent the email with the Doodle link, of when my interview was officially scheduled for late Tuesday afternoon. You should probably get your confirmed interview time today, if they follow the same schedule as mine. You’ll receive the confirming email from whomever sent you the initial interview email, not Doodle.

I emailed Tracy a few minutes ago asking for a confirmation and I've already received a reply. I was puzzled by the lack of an email from Doodle and wanted to double-check.

For anyone who is curious like me...I emailed Tracy asking about interview/acceptance stats and she said 28 CNS applicants were invited to interview and they typically admit 12-14 of those 28!

That’s great she shared that with you. I wish I knew what the stats are for LeaDS.

Congratulations!!! Which program are you interviewing for? I interviewed for LeaDS last week and would love to pass on my experience.

I got my interview request today, too!!! I am so excited and relieved! Congratulations to you, as well! I am interviewing on the 19th. I am sure they have interviewed so many talented and qualified applicants (I know there are so many on this forum)! I am hoping I can control my nerves and not be a wreck! LOL
