UPenn Direct Entry BSN/MSN 2015

Hi everybody,

I couldn't find a thread for UPenn but is anybody else applying?

Hey RaspberryJam, what did you put for the CSS form for What will be the student's year in college or university during 2015-16? Did you put 5th year undergraduate or 1st year graduate?

Actually I think I'm gonna just put 1st year graduate since I'm not continuing as a 5th year. But they do consider us undergrads for the RN portion.

I don't recall where I read it but I'm almost positive you are supposed to put 5th year undergraduate. We'll have to fill out this form each year, and for the years after the BSN portion we'll put graduate students, but the first year is explicitly not a graduate program.

Interview was OK I think...

It was fun meeting people! I just got back to California and my head hurts from the flight. I will do financial aid stuff soon too.

Has any other BSN/MSN phone interviewee not received a date or time for their call yet??

To save you guys some phone wait time...if you already submitted your CSS/PROFILE and it has already been received by UPenn you can email/upload/fax the cover sheet and a document that details the correction to the CSS/PROFILE to the financial aid department at UPenn.

If it hasn't been received by Upenn yet you can still correct it by calling college board!

I have not received. As a result, you are not the only one in application limbo. But, I still have to submit the popularly talked about forms, so many issues....

I haven't heard back about my phone interview time either! I think they were busy with in-person interviews. Also, the UPenn financial aid people said it was okay as long as I had my parents information filled out even though I put graduate instead of undergraduate. I don't think you can contact collegeboard about the CSS profile it said you can't make changes after you submit since t's sent to the school already.
