Did anyone get an e-mail regarding the phone interviews yet? I'm kind of worried I didn't get contacted yet. I'm gonna e-mail them.

Update: The interviewer was very friendly and asked, in my opinion, important admission deciding questions tailored to my application.

I e-mailed them yesterday and I got an interview date for this Thursday! What kind of questions did they ask?

What would your friends say about you? Why this specialty? 90% are questions from information I included in my application. For example, what did you do in this volunteer position? I did not anticipate any of the questions asked. I believe they are looking to fill gaps where they want to know more data. Good luck Thursday!

Hey Everyone,

Are there any other ABSN-only applicants here? I just received an interview! I have a feeling that the ABSN only applicants are in the minority in this thread! Congratulations to all who have applied and interviewed in their specialities! It is great to have ambition and to know exactly where you want to be as an advanced practice nurse. I hope to submatriculate into Anesthesia. Anyone else an ABSN only applicant?:yes::no:

Just had my phone interview! The hardest question they asked me was like in your current profession/job/professionally do you do extra research/learning/reading articles, etc? because as an advanced practice nurse you're always learning I guess. I didn't have a big example for it though.

I have not heard since I submitted my application Did you guys call to see about interviews? Or did you just get an email from them?
