My application was also put on hold. I completed all my prereqs except for anatomy (which is in progress now). I spoke with a drexel admissions rep who told me that anatomy and physiology grades are a big factor in their decision so that's why my application was put on hold

It says it under admissions decision. It says 'may reflect the need for additional documents' but I called and confirmed they received everything in september
