  1. Has anyone started a thread yet? The application is due in 174 days and as you can see I'm already obsessing. Anyone else?!
  2. so excited to see all of these acceptances and then i remembered that i'm not applying until november and i still have to wait my turn! ugh. hope no one minds me asking for advice in a couple months -- hopefully everyone will still be around. well, congratulations everyone!
  3. I'm so happy to find this thread! I am planning to apply this fall. The application is due November 15 and I am already excessively perseverating. I'm 28, graduated in 2008 with a BA in Contemporary Arts - design & photography. I have since been working in visual merchandising in retail. I cannot sufficiently express how badly I want to get into this program. The deadline is 10 months away and I am already obsessing. I am worried that my undergrad transcripts will not be good enough and I am worried about taking the GRE's. I am not sure what to write for the essay. I'd like to write about my experience as a patient in an eating disorder treatment center, and the impact that the nurses had on me. My nurse practitioner there was beyond brilliant and so wonderful. Even though I fear judgement in writing about myself and those struggles, I feel like it's the real answer as to why I want to become a nurse. Any thoughts? (I fully intend on combing through all 12 pages of posts in this thread for all information that I get.) Good luck to everyone!
