Update from Syracuse

Got in to syracuse yesterday evening my flight was horrible......two screaming kids behind me kicking the back of my seat the whole time! The hotel is nice and the weather is not bad at this point a little rain this morning and they are predicting some snow tonight. This morning I did a drive by of St Joseph's hospital to figure out where I need to go this afternoon. My hotel room now looks like a lab......the wound on the desk...IV drip hanging from the shower curtain:D Met Maureen yesterday by chance so far we are the only two that we know of who post on the EPN or allnurses. Well back to the bat cave to practice more......so far the nerves are staying in check hopefully they will stay that way! Will keep you guys updated and thank you for all the support, encouraging words and prayers:redbeathe!

Newest update..........Ok so I have to repeat an adult PCS.......Passed the first one no issues at all. Second PCS looked I was like oh I got this.....well left out plantarflexion during the neuro assessment! Can't believe I did it:banghead::banghead: I still had well over an hour left and didn't catch it in my charting. Oh well I have peds first at SUNY University hospital then will return to St Joe's for the repeat adult. The CA and CE felt so bad about it and were very reassuring. Going to study some this evening and order some room service. It's all good I will rock it tommorrow!
