It is finally my time to post to this forum! EXCITING!!! I did not see a thread for Fall 2020 and I might be SUUUUPER early but man that nursing application process takes proper a year doesn't it?
I am done with all my general courses and TEAS except for nursing chem, one elective (health and human disease), Patho, Pharm, and Intro to Nursing. I plan to take CHEM 1451 and HEED 4312 in the Fall 19 semester, apply in January, and then while waiting on that, take Patho and Intro to Nursing in Spring 2020 and Pharm by itself in Summer 2020.
I have an A in Micro, A&P 1, and A&P 2. This has been a LOOOONG journey and I cannot wait to start!
Just curious, has anyone been notified they were moved off of the wait list at this point? I have not received anything but am trying to keep a positive attitude!
Is everyone in Texas for the online program or is there anyone outof state? From the website I thought you could live in other states and still complete the program.

You have to live within a distance that you can commute to clinicals

I would ask your adviser or the program coordinator for specifics. I've read somewhere in the last week that they will re-evaluate the ranking of those waitlisted after this semester's grades are in. Then start filling the spots from those who have not accepted or who have not fulfilled immunization requirements. And that they'll continue this as spots open and semesters wrap up. Each time they'll re-rank those on the wait list based on grades from completed classes that semester. So, it sounded as if those on the waitlist won't be contacted before the semester ends.
I tried submitting my BON letter and American Heart Association BLS but it won't let me...I know there are due dates but do you guys know how early we can start submitting that stuff?

yes I see that you can submit a blue card but since I have a letter I tried the option above saying 'BON background' and that won't allow me, neither the AHA stuff
