University of Texas at Arlington Fall 2020 Cohort

Published

Hello Everyone!!

It is finally my time to post to this forum! EXCITING!!! I did not see a thread for Fall 2020 and I might be SUUUUPER early but man that nursing application process takes proper a year doesn't it?

I am done with all my general courses and TEAS except for nursing chem, one elective (health and human disease), Patho, Pharm, and Intro to Nursing. I plan to take CHEM 1451 and HEED 4312 in the Fall 19 semester, apply in January, and then while waiting on that, take Patho and Intro to Nursing in Spring 2020 and Pharm by itself in Summer 2020.

I have an A in Micro, A&P 1, and A&P 2. This has been a LOOOONG journey and I cannot wait to start!

Well I know people that got waitlisted with an eight so there must’ve been a lot of people applying for online. I think that the waitlist will go pretty fast because I’m pretty sure there are quite a few people that do not have their documentation ready

Thanks. Let's see what happens I guess. I wish we had a better idea how many people are accepted from the wait-list (like are we talking 5 or 50 LOL)

Got accepted to campus. Had a 7.63ish I think. I feel good right now!

I was waitlisted for the AO BSN with a 7.935. I am not partnered. Hoping for some good news over the next few days. I have all of my documentation ready to turn in!

Congratulations to everyone who’s been accepted!

Hep A is 2 shots. You only have to have 1 to accept and get the second later. Hep B is the 3 shot

Hep A is 3 shots in UTA health center when the last is on the 6 months and B is 2 shots..I just did the titer for B after 2 shots 2 months apart the other day....and u dont need a titer for A.

But UTA health center changed the type of shots a few months ago. I did the one below....only now is 3 shots...or I might be mistaken ..might be 2 but 6 months apart..cant remember...but I remember that B is only 2 shits 2 moths apart and a titer 30 days later
