It is finally my time to post to this forum! EXCITING!!! I did not see a thread for Fall 2020 and I might be SUUUUPER early but man that nursing application process takes proper a year doesn't it?
I am done with all my general courses and TEAS except for nursing chem, one elective (health and human disease), Patho, Pharm, and Intro to Nursing. I plan to take CHEM 1451 and HEED 4312 in the Fall 19 semester, apply in January, and then while waiting on that, take Patho and Intro to Nursing in Spring 2020 and Pharm by itself in Summer 2020.
I have an A in Micro, A&P 1, and A&P 2. This has been a LOOOONG journey and I cannot wait to start!
Sooo if we don’t have our blue card by March 6ish, what are we supposed to do ?
Hey have you gotten your blue card yet? I called the BON customer service line yesterday and they informed me that no further action is ready and that my letter is in the mail sent through first class mail on Feb 27. So my letter should be coming in within the next couple of days. Just in time. ?LOL. I had my fingerprints scanned in mid January.
I just got accepted to the Accelerated Online BSN.
My points were about 6.9, I think. (3.2 cGPA and 3.7 sGPA). My TEAS was a 91%. I had no considerations. I work at a partnered facility (Baylor DFW).
Got waitlisted to AOBSN with 7.889 (includes considerations). Any shot you guys think getting off the waitlist? Congrats to all who got in!!
Well I know people that got waitlisted with an eight so there must’ve been a lot of people applying for online. I think that the waitlist will go pretty fast because I’m pretty sure there are quite a few people that do not have their documentation ready
I got accepted as well into the AO BSN. I had a 3.879 general admissions GPA and a science GPA of 3.938. I also got an additional .5 for my bachelor of science in biology. So total 8.317. I am not partnered.
