Hello Everyone!!
It is finally my time to post to this forum! EXCITING!!! I did not see a thread for Fall 2020 and I might be SUUUUPER early but man that nursing application process takes proper a year doesn't it?
I am done with all my general courses and TEAS except for nursing chem, one elective (health and human disease), Patho, Pharm, and Intro to Nursing. I plan to take CHEM 1451 and HEED 4312 in the Fall 19 semester, apply in January, and then while waiting on that, take Patho and Intro to Nursing in Spring 2020 and Pharm by itself in Summer 2020.
I have an A in Micro, A&P 1, and A&P 2. This has been a LOOOONG journey and I cannot wait to start!

You have to ask the advisors to update your undergrad plan, they won’t do it otherwise.

If you took it at UTA and its been a while, speak with the UTA Testing Center.
1 hour ago, Hopefulnurseguy said:I previously spoke with both BSN advising and the testing center at UTA. Per advisor, you can just use the HESI box to upload a printout of your TEAS scores. Per testing center, as long as you took TEAS before deadline on the 15th, the scores will be available to the BSN program.
I left it blank lol
Yeah I just found out the my TEAS was not sent to UTA. I took the test at another location (Not UTA) and was asked were I wanted to send my scores. I was under the impression that they would have sent my scores to UTA since they asked for the location but I was incorrect. You have to select on your checkout cart (when paying for the test) for a transcript for an additional 27 dollars. I uploaded my TEAS yesterday to the application but requested for the official transcript to be sent today. So word of caution my fellow applicants; make sure the testing center has your TEAS score if it is not posted on your mymav.

If you go to your Academic Progress -> Undergrad Plan
TEAS will be on the bottom right.
