It is finally my time to post to this forum! EXCITING!!! I did not see a thread for Fall 2020 and I might be SUUUUPER early but man that nursing application process takes proper a year doesn't it?
I am done with all my general courses and TEAS except for nursing chem, one elective (health and human disease), Patho, Pharm, and Intro to Nursing. I plan to take CHEM 1451 and HEED 4312 in the Fall 19 semester, apply in January, and then while waiting on that, take Patho and Intro to Nursing in Spring 2020 and Pharm by itself in Summer 2020.
I have an A in Micro, A&P 1, and A&P 2. This has been a LOOOONG journey and I cannot wait to start!
Finally submitted my application to the AO program, overall score 7.922 including one consideration. Probably more competitive for on campus but not working is not an option at this point. Fingers crossed. Good luck everyone!
This is so nerve wrecking. Submitted my application early dec. 8.75 with 2 considerations for AOBSN. We will see my score is not as high as others here but I hope it is enough. science-4.0
I agree! I took my TEAS this morning and applied straight after. I didn't realize I could apply for Fall 2020 until my adviser told me I could a couple days ago.
When are they supposed to send notifications out regarding acceptances/rejections? I can't find it anywhere online..

It's located in the application checklist, but first week of Mar are approximately when notifications are to be sent out
I submited my application yesterday. I was surprised by the application asking for the HESI. The app stated that the application could not be submited without the HESI. I took the TEAs and requested for the score to be sent to the school 4 months ago. I went ahead and submited the app without the HESI so now I am wondering was I supposed to have uploaded the TEAs? That part of the application was confusing since the brochure specifically states TEAs test.

Heya! The HESI upload screen can be used to upload TEAS scores as well. If you previously took the TEAS and the scores are in the system, youre ok. I did not submit my TEAS scores cause they are already showing on MyMav.

Most welcome! I submitted my app in December and was hella nervous about this too. Even working at UTA I still get like yall do and hope I did things right. I checked my app to make sure it was submitted at LEAST 10 times today lol
I’m taking chemistry now. I guess I can’t apply for anything until the Spring 2021 applications open. I’m dreading spending half a year not doing anything!!
