University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) DEMSN - Direct Entry Generalist MSN

Hello! I made this forum to connect with applicants or those planning to apply to UNLV's new MSN program for those with a non-nursing degree. Does anyone know when they'll start reviewing applications? It doesn't say on the website whether it is a rolling admission or not.

My application status still says under review so I'm not sure. Seems like that email was sent out to many people but there's no clarification. I wonder if there's a waitlist and if people are receiving acceptance letters yet.

I am pleased to inform you that the School of Nursing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas is recommending you to the Graduate College for Fall 2023 admission to the Direct Entry Master of Science in Nursing (DEMSN) program. We had a very highly qualified applicant pool in this admission round for 2023. Pending final approval of the Graduate College, in the coming days you will receive official notification of your acceptance, along with details about the matriculation process in Grad Rebel Gateway. 
 

After that was a link to accept and information about orientation.

I literally saw my acceptance come in as I was checking my email for something else while listening to a happy/feel good song, so it was a pretty cool moment LOL! 

Looks like we are going to be classmates! We should probably start a FB group or Discord group or something of that nature.
