Hi all soon to be fellow classmates! I just wanted to start this thread up so we didn't have to go weaving through all of the older stuff on the old threads.
I am really excited about starting school come January, really nervous though too. I have a lot to get done between now and then and sometimes I just don't think there is enough time in the day. Oh well, I plan on enjoying the holidays and working my buns off to save some money so that isn't an additional stressor during the first semester.
So lets post our questions, our thoughts and hopefully just get to know one another! And again....CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
I did! I really loved it. I'm going back again tomorrow...I'll let you know how it goes. Tomorrow I'm going pretty much everywhere. There are some amazing deals if you look. I know it would have been impossible for you to look though coming from Cali. I think although fay is expensive, you'll be comfortable and find it really convenient.
13th floor is very nice. You can definitely move furniture, it's pretty awesome I'm not going to lie. Very comfortable, spacious and private. One thing to consider, if you click, "short term housing" on the UMB residence site, Fayette comes up FIRST so I printed it out and I'm making them honor it. Short term means semester, not 12 months or until their lease term runs out (Jul 31st). If they budge I'll definitely let you know. They can't advertise themselves as short term if they refuse to be "short term" I'd like to get a lease for the semester at first then go from there.

hey mhinds12, did they clear ur instate status???...i faxed mine last wednesday nd i've nt heard nething yet....nd my deposite deadline is on friday...i dnt knw wat to do!!!
The school has been closed since dec 23rd and won't reopen until next Monday...nothing will be done until then. I paid my deposit online. They aren't going to deny you instate if you live her. It's a mistake. I was born and raised here so they'll fix it monday. I'm just bringing it straight into the office face-to-face so I can make sure it's done. You might want to do the same for reliability purposes.
Hey guys.... I am a current student at UMSON.... I saw your post about them putting you down as out of state.... Don't worry.... I had the same problem and they put everyone down as out of state at first.... They are very unorganized there to the point where it isn't even funny...... They'll straighten it out don't worry..... You just need to get on them..... I hope you guys are excited because you are going to have the best nursing school and it is an amazing experience..... Let me know if you any questions
does anyone know if we can wear all white nike shox? I got a pair for christmas, I guess my Mom figured I needed all white and got them on a good sale. Wasn't sure if that was all right though. Anyone know?
