UNF Summer 2011 Accelerated BSN Hopeful

Hello. I am hoping to get into UNF for the summer of 2011. I have taken the TEAS and am taking all of the pre-req courses. I am curious what other people got on their TEAS V and what their Pre-Req GPA is that are also trying to get into the accelerated program this summer. Also, any ideas on what the group interview will be like and what questions will be asked?

Just got my letter! I got into accelerated! (Had to read it a few times to be sure because I couldn't believe it!)

That was funny. I had an issue with UCF, too. I thought I applied to UCF Accelerated Program, and I also emailed them my teas score. I even talked to one person there that my application was okay before the deadline. After the deadline, I called them to make sure that they received my teas score. At this time, they were saying they do not have my name on anywhere. WTH?! It was already passed deadline, so.. I just applied for basic one for fall !!

So, HM2Doc, did they reevaluate your application once they fixed their mistake?

They haven't fixed it just yet. They said it could take about a week to correct the problem and reevaluate my application.

So who is definitely headed to UNF? Sounds like some of you are still waiting on other schools. Me? Sitting at a Subway checking allnurses on my phone, lol. Mail does not arrive until @ 4 ... I should know my fate within the hour.

Stupid me, I only applied to UNF. I had no backup plan!! So, I'm definitely going!

Well, not upset at all, makes my decision a lot easier ... 2 other schools want me, so there :p

Paco, you are fortunate to have alternative options. I do not and I did not get invited to attend and will have to apply for Fall 2011 at UNF. I will apply to other schools this time.

Congratulations to all who are attending! If you would like to offer any advice for those going through round 2, please post!!
