I applied to UCF, but got wait listed. I'm not that bummed because I really want to go to UNF & move back to Jax.

Jax is wonderful!! I was gonna apply to UCF but changed my mind mainly because I fell in love with UNF and Jax. Hopefully I don't get waitlisted the second time around! I have to retake the TEAS in another week and hope I get a better score :/

Hi Ladies! I am applying for Fall 2016 and decided to jump on here to see how everyone is feeling about the application process! I am at FSCJ finishing up my AA this semester. UNF is the only school I have applied to as I am not able to move due to my husband being stationed here. I saw that a couple of you have been to the So you want to be a nurse seminar, how was it? I am going this weekend and I am not really sure what to expect. Good luck everyone!!

Hey all! I'm currently a freshman at Auburn and am looking into transferring to UNF because of their nursing program. Did y'all retake classes you didn't do well in? What was your GPA before retaking and after? What other schools did you get accepted to? Also, has anyone considered getting a different bachelors and going back for an accelorated BSN program?

Hey there!! I fortunately haven't had to retake any of the pre-requisites but I know people that have and I'm pretty sure as far as GPA goes, your new grade just replaces the old one. I haven't been accepted to any other programs, but I applied to UNF for the summer and I am currently on their waitlist but I am expecting to have to reapply because the summer semester is starting in less than a month. I have thought about getting my bachelors in public health and then trying to get into accelerated programs if I don't get in come the Fall.

Hey all, I have a question Someone here may be able to answer. A girl in one of my classes was talking about the point system UNF uses to give you a score based on GPA, TEAS, and interview. Where can I find that and does anyone know the average score invited to interview/be accepted to the program ? I cannot find anything on a point system . I just kind of want to see where I fall. Thanks in advance!

I know the average TEAS score is a 335 for admitted students. I got invited for an interview for the summer and I had a 319 TEAS score and a 3.85 pre-req GPA. I'm not sure about the average though.

Hello,

I also Applied for the Summer APL. My pre-requisite GPA was 3.65 and my Teas score 319. I thought I had the best interview of the four 5 individuals in my group. I got wait-listed for the Summer. I got a decent interview score, but my Teas score drop my ranking. I am reapplying again for the Fall.
