UMass Boston fall 2014 Traditional BSN

Anyone out there apply? I have seen threats for previous years, but none for this year. Just thought I would get one going!

My Status has changed to a decision has been made and will receive a letter within 14 days. My major is still nursing B.S so hopefully I get good news. I may see some of you ladies this fall!

Does anyone know how many nursing students they accept into this program? I'm just curious to know how big it is..

@Taylor- An old thread here says it's around 100 or so, and a bit fewer for the Spring semester. Nursing courses (lectures) have capacity close to 100; but labs are smaller. Each clinical group has 7-8 students. BSN graduating class size is around 200.

No letter yet, even though a decision has been made! Hopefully, in the next few days. Anyone else still waiting?

Hi Everyone,

My status changed as well, should get a letter within 14 business days.....

This is driving me CRAZY. I really, really wish that I get in, but I doubt it. So yes, homesteader, I am still waiting....

I know they say they will send an official letter in 14 days, but does anyone know actually how many days it will take them? My status changed on Monday.....I am waiting and waiting....

rittersport2003- I think if your degree status didn't change, you most likely got in :)

I really hope you are right, MallyGirl....

I did not have a secondary degree choice, I just put Nursing in both places..... so maybe that's why the major still says "Nursing". And still no letter......:unsure::sniff:

I am also still waiting on my letter. My status changed last friday. My major says Nursing still, too. Letters must be coming soon I hope!
