I am a UK born citizen trained in Australia hence I am going via the overseas trained route. I passed my CBT test and am in the full application and assessment stage.
I am interested in sharing information with people who are also in this stage of the application.
I commenced my application in 2013 under the old process which was rejected due to lack of clinical hours. I received a letter from NMC advising me of the new process. Like many people on this forum, this entire process has been long, drawnout, frustrating and tedious for me!!!!!!!
Same here. I was put on que que last july 07. Well, as NMC says it might take up to 70days before they give any feedback, just wondering, is this 70working days or 70days including weekends and holidays?
I submitted my documents December 16 and received feedback from them to resubmit something by December 27. I just waited for their email but I guess it is best to email or call them just to get an immediate answer.

Hi guys!I'm a newbie in this thread. Haha. I'm so elated right now. Just received my decision letter and it only took them (NMC) 18 days to assess my documents. Proly one of the best Christmas presents ever! I was so nervous back then because they asked me to re-submit 2 documents and O was worried that I'll be back at the bottom of the queue but I didn't see that one coming. So, to those who are still waiting for their DL to arrive, just don't lose hope and be patient. :))

mine was given to me by my employer before I exit. i didn't even know what document is this at first because it is in arabic. :)

Just dont declare your saudi experience maybe? Did u work somewhere else after that? Just ik thinking, its really hard to take all papers from saudi especially if you're not working there any more
Can anyone help me with police clearance from Saudi for nmc registration .I left Saudi MOH in 2011 without final exit(I didn't go back to Saudi after vacation )
She's asking for a Police Clearance. Whether you include this in your NMC application or not (and correct me if I'm wrong), you will still need a Police Clearance at least for your visa application as it will show up on your passport/previous passports.
You probably can ask the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Manila about this issue and maybe they can help you out with your concern. Goodluck to you!

I'm not sure if you will be needing the original one for identity check. I'm still on the assessment stage of NMC and you just have to upload a copy of your registration certificate there, so the scanned copy would do. i don't know if you can also request another copy from the council.

congratulations! your long wait is over! how long did it took you to receive your DL? you should try asking them again, I believe they have to return it to you once you exit from your employer regardless if they are the one who paid for your registration.
After a month in the assessment queue, I received a feedback that I need to upload replacement documents. After I uploaded, I received my DL 4 days after. I really hope they would honor my request this time.

NMC needs atleast 70 days for all the verification process etc, does these includes weekends? Or is it 70 working days?
