  1. Any courier will do, anyway you can track it online. I shipped my documents thru DHL
  2. It will depend. But NMC will tell you that it will take 40-70 days for them to process your application. I know some have received their DL even before that and some received it longer than that.
  3. I know they will fill out the forms. The only question is if they answered it correctly. Mine was ticked wrong regarding the good standing. that is why NMC asked me for further info about it.
  4. Yes you can. One of my references is our GP and it didn't gave me a problem. Got my DL already. :)
  5. Hi Indai. Sorry for the late reply. For additional info. My representative sent the Saudi verification form through SMSA. I think it is located at Ground Floor of SCFHS bldg. The process took a week. Also don't forget to send copy of your passport because my rep told me they asked mine. I suggest not to call SCFHS anymore because they are unresponsive even at emails. :)
  6. I believe you have to get a new one since it has expiration date. The COGS can be done online since the Cert is just sent via email. The only problem is that you have to pay it through Atm in Saudi. I guess you have to ask a favor from someone to pay 300 sr on your behalf. With regards to the verification form. You can send a blank form then attached with your new COGS.
  7. Yes, I did. My docs was received around first week of October but it took some time for it to be scanned. Give them a ring to check the status of your registration. Some would really look into your account and check what is outstanding. Luckily, the one who took my call (after a few tries since the previous ones just put me on hold even before getting my info) really checked what is missing in my application and they were able to speed up the process :)
  8. Oh yes! It's November I mean ehehehe. My trust is not that popular bec it's in the West Midlands. :)
  9. Hi guys! Just wanted to share that I got my DL yesterday! After a long wait. I was placed on queue twice that is why it took me so long to receive it. Here is my timeline: Aug 16 = online submission Aug 30 = barcoded docs scanned in portal Sept 30 = feedback = further info needed Oct 4 = resubmitted online application Oct 21 = resubmitted docs received on portal Oct 27 = resubmitted form reflected on portal Oct 28 = DL :) It should have been just 30 days if not for my Saudi docs which gave me a lot of stress and headache. Anyway, thank God it is now finished!. I might be able to comply everything and be included for the application of Oct 5's COS :) weeeee.
  10. Oct 23 by Klare Desteen Quote from mikopg0092 Hi! i need help with my NMC registration so I can take the CBT. I was able to meet the IELTS requirement in 2 sittings, and i tried to accomplish the self assessment and eligibility page but there is no option there where i can provide my 2nd IELTS result. I tried to continue with the process using my first ielts result hoping that it would lead me to a page where i can provide my 2nd ielts result but there was none, instead, a notification was sent to me that my application was rejected. Has anyone passed through this stage with two ielts result?? plss help. Input the highest score in each subtest that you have obtained from the two tests (ie Reading- 1st: 8.5 2nd: 8.0, drop down and choose 8.5). Do the same for the other tests. With the test report form numbers, input both TRF and separate it with a dash (-). I hope this helps. This is the response I read from other thread. I hope this helps! :)
  11. I'm just not sure with that. Sorry. You can try asking in another thread, maybe someone has an idea.
  12. Yes. They still do that. Good luck on processing your papers. :)
  13. Did you also resubmit some forms? I resubmitted some documents around October 5. still no feedback til now.
  14. That message would mean that you have already submitted your application through the portal. Regarding your downloaded forms, it needs to have a "This documents has been received" beside every download link of the forms. You can also check that through My Applications tab. It will indicate there the forms and the details when they have received it.
