I noticed that there isn't a thread yet for all of us who are thinking about applying next summer for UF's Accelerated BSN. I know it's only June but I can't be the only one who is already stressing about the application process, the essays, not being good enough, etc. ?
Hopefully this thread can be a place where we can ask questions and support each other throughout the process!
A little about me: I currently attend UF as a Health Education major and would love to stay here and study at the Gainesville campus, but if I get into the Jacksonville one I will gladly go there! They're also requiring the HESI exam this year and I was wondering if anyone knew any tips and tricks. I've only ever heard of the TEAS! I find it so interesting that this one tests our anatomy/physio knowledge, but also kinda frightening because anatomy at UF was a nightmare for me LOL.
Based on previous years, decisions came out on the last Friday in February. Do you think they’ll follow the same format this year and send them out on the 28th? That’s the start of UF’s spring break so I wonder if they would do that or if they’d send them earlier
Hi all. Like most of you, I am hoping to be accepted into the program for this coming summer. I am nervous and excited to receive UF's response. I emailed Kianna shortly after I applied, and she informed me the replies would be sent out during the third week of February. During the last application cycle I was in a pre-req class with another student who applied for last summer. The class was only on Friday's, so I would assume the notifications will be emailed either on the 21st or 28th, as UF does seem to sometimes have hindrances with deadlines. Just in case anyone is still wondering...I spoke with Kiana recently and she informed me that decisions will be sent out the 3rd or 4th week of February. So don't freak out if you don't hear back in the 3rd week ? Wishing everyone the best!!!

I completely agree with you, ugh. Praying it’s this Friday and the outcome is positive... I can’t be an anxious ball of stress for ANOTHER week ?

Does anyone know when the actual class start in summer?
