  1. I have sent a request. NatBrownWilcox
  2. Aww sorry, you weren't able to find out today. Good luck
  3. Search your email, it would be the email you used for your application. Check spam folder, this was the subject of the email :University of Florida College of Nursing Accelerated BSN Admissions Decision. Also make sure your not using the legacy log in.
  4. I used my post bacc sign in info. There should be a banner that says you have updates- see updates then when you click it shows you.
  5. This portal should show you: https://admissions.ufl.edu/appstatus.html; it's where you went to check on transcripts and submit the post bacc app. Also check spam folder.
  6. I know this will probably change once I am exposed to more areas but I have an interest in women's health .
  7. Thank you for sharing this!! I truly believe that what is meant for you is for you. Good luck everyone.
  8. By the way last year's thread a 2018 student said their decisions came out exactly at 5:00pm and so did the 2019 group.
  9. I tried reading the old thread for answers, here is what I gathered. Some people received emails with acceptance and denials, someone mentioned being wait listed and I assume her email told her this, there were a handful who never got an email- I could not gather what happened with this group or what that meant. There will be a few people offered admissions but will not accept ( due to campus choice, change of heart, got into another school, health, family, finances etc) I would assume those slots would be offered to wait listed people first. Then those who got denied can appeal and I would assume if they still have slots to fill those people will be accepted on a case by case basis. One thing I do know is that these programs run on a funding model, X amount of slots= X amount of funding needed to operate, they will not let slots go unfilled. If they have say 200 slots to fill they will pull from a wait list or re-offer admissions to denials rather than be short funding- so word of advice for everyone keep fighting a no upfront may not be the final decision.
  10. I have friends that work at UF and they work during Spring break, only students are out. Doesn't mean however that they couldn't have scheduled to be out on vacation, LOL.
  11. When I called last Friday, I got -"you should know by Friday, they were waiting on the approval of the cohort". But I agree with what someone mentioned above. It will probably be Friday and I suspect late Friday, like around 3-5pm so they can finish the work week without being bombarded with calls and walk-ins from people that either didn't get in or didn't get their campus choice. Waiting will give them sometime to breathe over the weekend before tackling the questions on the next Monday. For a few people these decisions will be good news but on the flip side for a lot it will be bad news. I too was very anxious and rushing the decisions but I thought about what she said and it calmed me- "they are waiting for the final approval of the cohort" I don't want them to rush I want them to get it right- the final approval could be the difference of my name being on the list or not so I'll patiently wait. Last year there were many hiccups, people got the wrong campus -people were denied but really got in. I'd rather them take the extra days to get things right the first time.
  12. After 3pm, like 3:10ish or so... Unless she gets the approval in the next hour. I just don't think it will happen.
  13. I called and she stated that she was hoping to get them out today but is waiting for the final approval of the cohort. I am not sure who the final approver is but she just didn't sound confident that it would be done today.
  14. Guys don't expect anything today . There is a good chance that decisions will come out next week, Friday. We'll have to direct our energy somewhere else for the next week ? .
