UCSF New Grad Residency Program April 2021

I just wanted to make sure there was a place to talk about the New Grad Residency Program at UCSF that begins April 2021. Does anyone know how many applications they expect to receive for this cycle? Also, does anyone have insight to which units will open for the October 2021 New Grad cycle?  

Seeing if anyone can share/shed light about receiving interviews primarily for the 'Intensive Cardiac Care Unit' and/or 'MICU' openings?

Simply wondering if realistically, I should move on. Hahaha ?

I haven't heard anything expect for the units mentioned above. I am dying to hear about Transplant Unit, though.

Not that I know of so far but I cant be sure.

So far I've heard of people getting interviews with the ICN, MS high acuity, neuro, intensive cardiac care, and heme/onc.

they asked what type of patients I cared for in my nicu capstone, asked about a difficult situation I encountered, and asked about the evidence based practice project

I have just 1/5 of my applications under review (Neuro ICU). Has anyone interviewed for the Intensive Care Nursery specifically? Any of you made it to the second round of interviews? Wishing luck and BIG congrats to all who are interviewing.  It seems SO tough to get into UCSF.

No, unfortunately my ICN application isn't even under review. It just says "applied."  At this point, I would be over the moon to get an interview on any unit. It's such a great hospital!  What about you?

Hi everyone! I interviewed with the ICN today.  It sounds like we will hear about the 2nd round of interviews by this week.

I haven't heard from any other peds unit. Good luck everyone!

I’m sorry ? I interviewed with them today & they said it’s the last day for first interviews.
