Hey! My manager and the other interviewer reached out to me but they didn’t send a separate email. They replied to a thank you email thread we had from last week.

Hey! Sorry for the late response. As everyone else mentioned, it was a generic email but they did greet it to the individual, and the department, manager, and shift were also specific to the person. The unit was C2 Oncology/Hematology. They gave us until tomorrow to accept the offer and I personally know at least one person who is declining their offer. I would hold onto hope for another day or two!

That's what I got as well. I wonder if they're going to send a mass email or individually call all 57.

You for sure are! At my interview, they told me HR would be reaching out, not them. The manager called me the next day and said she didn't want me on my toes for the next week so she wanted to let me know. I think most units actually let HR reach out.

I received an offer from my unit on Friday but still haven't heard back from HR so I think it's fair to remain optimistic. I haven't heard of anyone receiving an official offer from HR. I know a few of us got offers directly from the units but nothing more. /:

Has anyone actually heard from HR yet? I know offers/calls from units have been made but I haven't heard of anything coming from HR.

C2 Medicine/ Oncology

Hey everyone! I was told they'd make decisions by tomorrow but HR is going to be reaching out so it could take up to a week to hear back. At least, for the unit I interviewed with. Does getting asked what shift you prefer usually indicate good chances? I'm a little doubtful because I was asked that in the past but wasn't made an offer (by UCSF) haha.

Hey guys! I was at work earlier so I couldn't update but I was left a voicemail today by one of the oncology units. They said they tried to reach me twice yesterday but I didn't have any missed calls! Anyway, I called back and they offered me a second interview for tmw. I'm not sure if they're still reaching out since interviews started today and finish Friday but I wanted to share my experience. I have yet to have my second interview but I'm also interested in hearing!
