UCSF New Grad Residency Program April 2021

I just wanted to make sure there was a place to talk about the New Grad Residency Program at UCSF that begins April 2021. Does anyone know how many applications they expect to receive for this cycle? Also, does anyone have insight to which units will open for the October 2021 New Grad cycle?

Hi Everyone, 

Has anyone applied for the ICU residency and gotten an interview letter? I have applied and my application has been "under review" since Jan 25th.. ? I don't know if at this point I should even expect to hear from them.. but I also haven't seen any posts about people getting interviews for the ICU.. let me know please..so I can move on..

I applied to the neuro transitional care unit and med surg ICU unit. I interviewed with NTC this week. My ICU application is under review, but I haven’t heard from anyone.

I do not, but I do not personally know anyone else who applied.

I interviewed with ICN but I haven’t heard back from them for 2nd round. They said they would contact us by this week for second round interview, it looks like I didn’t make it.

They called some people from high acuity and told them they were behind in the process so it would take longer to hear from them about 2nd interviews

I applied to Med Surg/Neuroscience and mine still says under review as well. Not sure if I just didn't make it or they havent looked at all the apps. My friend applied to a couple there as well and for the ones that she didn't get into, she said that they sent her an email saying she wasnt picked.
