Hi I recently applied for the Spring 2024 cohort and didn't see a thread yet. How is everyone's application going?

Not sure if the application period has closed. When I applied, I did not submit a cover letter or the letters of recommendation. I do not recall there being an option for me to upload more than one document, but maybe there was. I submitted my resume and that was about it. Now, they are asking me to email them everything.

I got that email as well! I believe I left out the letter of recommendations I hope I'm not disqualified

I don't know how to login into the application status anymore. Cannot reset the password for some reason when I put the email. Anyone has the same issue?

No, if the fact that we failed to submit everything they asked for would have disqualified us, they wouldn't have bothered to contact us to give us another chance. I think it is a good sign. Go ahead and submit those letters before the deadline and you should be good!

Does anyone know around when interview requests are sent ?

Based on past cohorts, I think sometime in the next 2-3 weeks depending on the unit but usually by end of October.

Did anyone get to choose more than one unit of choice? Someone told me from the last cohort they got to choose 2

God the application seemed so long ago LOL but I think we had one unit preference, and that's more-so if you're hired, we're putting you where we need you kind of deal?

Any updates on interviews?! I'm inpatient hahaha

No it's only top preference. I applied last cycle and it was also only top choice.

that being said, if you get the " has been routed to hiring manager" it doesn't necessarily mean that you're being reviewed by your preferred unit, it's really just based on which hiring manager pulls your application etc

last cycle I picked ER as my preferred and I was selected to interview for OR

Thanks for letting us know! For the interview... could you give more insight on that on how it went. I believe it's all online correct and only one ?

Not for all units. I had 2 interviews for one of the units. Basically all behavioral questions for both. First was with managers second was with panel of nurses from the unit. Other units I believe are just one interview though (I think the majority).

It depended on the unit. Some did two interviews and others just did one. I interviewed for peds last time and it was just one via zoom. It was all behavioral questions from what I remember
