   I know 😞 that's why I was saying assuming offers haven't been made I guess we just have to be patient last cycle, I was " in review" and got rejected the last day of decisions and that was after the department extended the deadline...

   Same 😞 looks like 3 people got offers last week that interviewed on 11/6 so technically there's 5 spots left assuming offers haven't been sent out but who knows

   Who knows... I interviewed on 11/7 for 8ICU and those that interviewed a day before me heard back.. so maybe they're only going a few at a time? Last cycle I know that PICU released closer to the deadline so you never know
