I have now applied twice and gotten rejected both times..
some patterns I've picked up on.
1st round, I was " in review" until a week after the "last day" because they didn't make decisions in time. So I was hopeful because I didn't know any better
2nd round, I realized if they want to make an offer they will almost immediately make an offer after 1-2 weeks they won't really drag it out until the final day. As evidenced by what happened to me 2nd round, many people received offers about a week after our interviews ended and that's how I found out I wasn't getting an offer because I called to confirm.
Coming from someone that hasn't had much luck with the process, for me personally the longer I've waited to hear back it's mostly been "rejections"
but that's not to scare anyone I'm just sharing my personal insight and how difficult a journey it has been for me to land a new grad position.
