Hi I recently applied for the Spring 2024 cohort and didn't see a thread yet. How is everyone's application going?

I'm still working on my application. Did anyone go to the info session and know when applications close?

What units did everyone apply for? They made it sound during the information session that most people do not get their first choice for interviews.

I believe I applied to the neonatal ICU! When should we start hearing if we've been moved onto the initial interviews? I know they mentioned that the initial interviews will be in November right?

Did you have your preceptorship in NICU? I wonder how they choose who gets interviews! It's sooo stressful 😞

Judging by the previous Spring Cohort, it looks like the following will occur:

Notification of application will be forwarded to the hiring manager at the beginning of October

The entire month of November (specifically the first two and a half weeks) are the interviews

The last Day Offer to accept will be Early December

February has the onboarding, and March is the start of our training

Hi guys! I applied on September 8th and received a link to answer an assessment a few minutes after submitting my application. Other than that, I have not heard anything. Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences and good luck!
