Hello! I graduate nursing school at the end of May this year, but I'm going to apply for UCLA's new grad residency in March for the Summer 2024 cohort. How was your guys' experience with the application process and interviews? And what are they looking for in a candidate? I currently work as a student nurse care extender at a hospital, and I was also wondering if that would help me stick out in the application process.
