UCLA New Grad Spring 2024

Hi I recently applied for the Spring 2024 cohort and didn't see a thread yet. How is everyone's application going? 

Hi guys, I've logged into my portal right now that still says "In Review" but on the right side tabs it says Employee Resources and Employee Onboarding as two separate tabs. Is that normal? Other than that, I don't think I have a very high chance of getting an offer

Mine also says this but I honestly have no idea If it was like that before or not? Still staying positive since in other past threads they said some units all waited until the last day, and if this is meant for us we will get it :')

OMG thank god Im not the only one. I got kinda confused because some ppl were seeing Interview/Onboarding and I didn't see that on mine. Hopefully things work out for us, fingers crossed <3

I've been checking the website religiously and those 2 tabs have always been there. I don't think it means much ?

Awh OK? I haven't been checking religiously but thanks for clarifying that cuz Im been confused from the start. If I don't get the position, I guess its a sign for other opportunities coming my way. Thanks yall

Nope! I'll check again around 6pm, but I'm just going to continue the job hunt. I'm bummed I'm mostly likely not getting an offer- but I think it's important to just take it all as a learning lesson.  Reflect on areas for improvement (interview-wise) and remember your worth! We are all smart, capable, and caring humans. There are other hospitals we can learn and grow from too. Keep ya head up everyone <3

It's wild that there were like 4-5 people who got offers last day for previous Spring and seems like nothing today.
