lol I think the worst part is not even knowing! I'd prefer to know one way or the other if I'm gonna be interviewd or not but it should be safe to say if we don't hear in a week or two, we didn't get picked for an interview. Still keeping my fingers crossed!
ps if anyone applied for peds/picu/nicu and got a phone call, please let us know! That way I won't be sitting by phone for the next two weeks :)

I sure wish they'd let us know if we're not getting interviews. Such a bummer, but best of luck to everyone! Keep us posted. On to the next, for me, I suppose.
Spoke with the HR rep that called me yesterday. I was told that it's a one on one interview to those wondering. She also said that their system of interviewing and screening applicants have changed for this round, so comparing it to people's previous experience won't work for our benefit. Also, they are interviewing a lot of people for a lot of units but not necessarily several hundred. Just FYI. Also, they are calling until the end of this week, possibly extending until next week but I don't think it's in any order.
