Does anyone know how many people they interview vs. people they hire?

If selected to interview, the dates will be:

Tuesday, November 15th - Med/Surg and Psych

My friend who didn't get in, was told supposely that all calls have been made so far that made it into the ICU an ER dept. The person who told her that was from another person she knows who already works there. They make all their calls for the particular sections in one day. The other departments will start tomorrow if history repeats itself.

Check your cell phones for any possible missed calls, my other friend missed the call and called back immediately!! Good luck everyone!!

Congrats to everyone who already got the phone call and interview!! I applied for PICU/peds/NICU so fingers crossed that my phone does some buzzing today...good luck to everyone still waiting!

Ps. Did your application status change after the phone call??

I called HR. They said that they ask that everyone be patient as they have "several hundred" calls to make. Wow... several hundred!

did you ask how many they are hiring total??

Oh... she also said that it may take a 2 weeks to make all the phone calls and schedule the interviews. So I guess they are staring to call the people that will interview on the 9th and 10th first. The people they select to interview on the 15th and 29th may have to wait a little longer for their phone call.
