Hello all, I'm preparing to apply to UCLA's Master's Entry Clinical Nurse (MECN) program, and so have decided to start a thread for others that planning to also apply and/or interested.

Taking into consideration that admissions begin September 1, 2017 and end on November 1, 2017, this conversation will hopefully progress from now (the lead up) through the time of notification for acceptance/denial/waitlist (between February and April 2018).

In the meantime, is anyone planning to attend any of the upcoming information sessions?

That worked thank you so much anxiety gone! (Besides the waiting part now haha)

I plan on applying to this program for 2019 and was wondering if you guys would mind sharing some of your stats? Gpa, pre-req gpa? volunteer hours?

Hi guys!

I emailed RC last week, saying, "I know decisions will be made in March, but will I hear about my decision through email? Or through our portals ." Just wondering how I will hear upon the decisions . She responded "you'll hear back in March"

Last year we got email acceptances directly from RF about 2-3 weeks before our portals showed our official acceptances from the UCLA graduate division

Has anyone received an acceptance letter?

Negative, patiently waiting. í ½í¸£

Mid March is so far away! I'm over the waiting!

Hi everyone! Anyone with any new updates?

I haven't heard anything yet :(

MC says, "All applicants will find out in March." :nailbiting:

This wait is literally the worst! Ahhh I just want to know!

I know! Can't wait till mid March :(

I got an email from Rhonda saying I got in! So thankful for this thread to help me feel less crazy for the amount of times I checked my email daily!
