Hi- Is anyone applying to UCLA's MECN program for next fall?

I received an email from the coordinator. The school of grad studies doesn't accept transcripts in Spanish. I guess they won't continue looking at my application. Good luck to all of you guys!

I had a friend search for the group on facebook and she was able to find it.

Try tying in "UCLA MECN" in the search field and it should be the first group listed.

Let me know if you still can't find it.

I just received a confirmation e-mail this morning from the SON about my application being complete. They were waiting in my Fall transcripts, so you should receive a similar e-mail.

Hi everyone - I've been an avid reader of these forums for a while. I'm so thankful there's such an amazing outlet for all of us going through this experience. It's hard not to obsess at this point about admission decisions as it seems so long ago that we completed our UCLA application! Is anyone else going crazy? Also, did anyone else hear about competition this year? I heard that they received just over 500 applications and are accepting 70 students which is only a 13% acceptance rate. Yikes! This makes me even more nervous as this school is my first choice. I guess what is meant to be will be...

@uclatrueblue I have a friend who also applied to the program and she had a convo with someone in admissions who shared that info. I knew it was competitive and I guess it's no different this year! Best of luck to you!! I also went to UCLA as an undergrad!!
