My name is Yuan and I am applying for UCF 2017 Accelerated Nursing Program. I noticed that there was a thread every year on this forum for applicants to share their status and progress after application. So this is what this thread is for.

As for me, I have

Teas: 85.3% ( I might take it again at the beginning of January)

Overall GPA :3.56 ( it's not great:( )

Prerequisite GPA: 4.0

I also was denied scholarship, but I figured as much. I think only those that had interviews are up for it.

I did get accepted to the program yesterday though! Congrats to everyone and good luck to those on waitlist. !!

For those of you accepted, do you have to put down a deposit with your decision by March 14th to hold your spot? If so, how much is it?

There was no mention of a deposit. Would you guys be interested in a FB group for those accepted and waitlisted? I can make one and post the link. I know the college had one for the group that graduates this year but we could have one for now, until they get the official one up and running.

Has anyone received MoA information yet? I assume they were going to wait for the RSVP deadline (today) to start sending information out. I'm just panicking that i'll miss something!

I haven't. The email I got said they would be sending out more information within 2 weeks.

Does anyone remember if the mandatory nursing orientation is on May 11th or May 12th? I thought they said on May 12th because we can get the both transfer orientation and nursing orientation done at the same day. Thanks!
