Yes, it was the helene fuld scholarship that I interviewed for, and I don't think I got a confirmation e-mail. I agree that funding a second degree is so much harder... We do what we have to do to reach our goals, right? Good luck to everyone on this board!

Hi everyone! Hopefully the wait won't be too long before we hear about acceptance. I'm getting anxious now that it is March. Did anyone else apply for the scholarship? I interviewed today and was wondering if that might be a hint that I was accepted, or if the two processes were completely independent...

I had the same issue to some extent- my first year in college wasn't great as far as GPA, and it is especially hard to raise a GPA once you have a degree because each A only brings it up a little bit. With a prereq GPA of 4.0 I think you have a good chance. From what I can tell this is weighted the most, followed by cum GPA and then TEAS. Best of luck to you!

Hi there! I'm also applying to the 2nd degree BSN currently as I already have a BA. This will be a full on second career, so I want to get going and get finished as soon as I can since I won't be working while in school. I can't really afford to take 2 years off. Here is where I'm sitting: Overall GPA: 3.75 Science PreReq - 4.0 Non-Science PreReq - 4.0 TEAS: 86.7 I'm getting excited and already applied - now just waiting for all of my little green check boxes and an acceptance email
