UC Davis Nurse Residency Program- Fall 2022

Hi everyone! I am applying to the UC Davis Nurse Residency Program for Fall 2022 and could not find a thread for this application period. Figured I would start one!

has anyone heard anything back from adult ICU or been pushed through in the application? My app still says "app submitted",  I did not specify a unit on my cover letter but I did talk about my cvicu externship and other ICU experience.

I'm in the same boat, I specified wanting to be in an adult ICU and talked about my preceptorship in the ICU and my status is still "application received".

Yes, it is the same position! Right now they’re a rehab/medsurg unit and will be transitioning into a medsurg/telemetry unit in the next year.  Sorry, that was confusing ?

Oh okay, no worries! Do you know if they sent out all the offers for that unit?

I think so! The unit manager emailed asking about shift preference and said she will let me know what’s available after everyone emails her back. So I’m assuming she emailed all the offers already

hi! did anyone get an email and/or call but aren't sure what unit you're interviewing for? I'm so confused and wish I knew more!!

do you think you'd be able to share (or message me privately) about who the unit manager is? I had HR reach out to me and asked about unit details, but I was just told it would be general. I feel like I need to reach out to someone else!

Sure you can private message me! But I don’t feel comfortable giving out the unit manager’s name
