Hello everyone! I tried to search for a thread for TWU Houston Spring 2016 applicants but I couldn't find it so I decided to make one. I have read multiple threads from the past TWU applicants and I cant seem to figure out where I stand because some got accepted with low GPA but high TEAS score while others high GPA but low TEAS score. A little bit confused on how TWU determine their candidates.
Is anyone else applying to TWU this Spring? If so what's your stats?
My stats:
GPA: 4.0
TEAS: 76
No previous degree
4 TWU preference ( not sure if this gonna help or not anymore)
@valxoxo7 @147nataly I am taking the TEAS that same day. I think I got the last slot for the 25th and I feel bad for that. I hope people find other testing centers. I hope we all do well.
@bryanv @147nataly, what are you guys using to study for the TEAS? I just got my ATI TEAS V study guide in the mail yesterday, is that what you guys are using?? Im pretty nervous about this test since everyone says its harder than the HESI.
@boozii3, did you find out your score right away after you took it?
@valxoxo7 I am using Barron's TEAS study guide because I read it was good. It has 3 exams. And I am also using McGraw-Hill's app. I am going to get the official study guide because the official HESI guide was so much help so this one might too.
I have applied for spring 2016, and i've submitted my test scores and transcripts. There was a little confusion about attaching my test to my name, since it's changed since high school. Their application department says that it's taken care of, but does anyone know if the tests show up in the pioneer portal anywhere? Just to double check.
