I know it's pretty early to be starting this forum, but I just wanted to put my voice out there and see if there is anyone else out there hoping to join TWU's nursing program in the spring of 2013? What are you taking this semester (spring 2012), and when are you taking the TEAS-V entrance exam?
After this spring semester of taking microbiology, chemistry, developmental psychology, and statistics, I'll be ready to apply before the September 1st deadline! I'm hoping to take the entrance exam in the summer - probably June or July.
So yeah, I just wanted to see who else was out there!
Time really is going slowly! I wish I was taking patho this fall, but I didn't even decide on applying to TWU until like the end of May and I didn't know you could take patho until I saw you ladies talking about it! Oh well, I'll have my hands full with a new baby anyway, if he ever decides to come out. Hope y'all enjoy the class. :)

He was due yesterday. Lol. I guess he's not ready to come out yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he'll come out by the end of the week though. It's my first though so I guess I expected him to be late.
@heyjude91: Yes, at Dallas. There are senior nursing students that volunteer their time. Also, nursing school provides free tutorials. Something to look forward to in 2013 is that all J1 (junior- 1st semester) students are assigned a faculty mentor and a senior student mentor.
@Dentonite and @ L1zG I'm in class with y'all too for the fall patho class. Is it hard to set up a blackboard acct? Is it just your email? I haven't even looked at that yet because I am finishing up my summer classes tomorrow.
