TWU Fast Track Summer '09

Is anyone out there applying for the fast track program starting in the summer for the Dallas campus? I am applying. Will have my pre-reqs completed in January. I am very stressed about them only accepting 30 students!!! Does anyone have any thoughts, concerns, anything??!? I think I am going crazy waiting for April to come to know if I got in or not! :bugeyes:

I think I have that already. I was thinking I would be in need of something more "official" so that I could know for sure that all my classes counted and I had fulfilled all the requirements. Maybe you do that once you turn in your application???

for some reason, my grades have not posted on my portal account, and it has been almost a month. Guess I was one of those unlucky ones who has to go in and get it fixed! Anyone else have this problem?

I am taking my NET on Saturday, aghhh...I am kind of worried, but the material is just so simple. It's the fact that this test decides my future is what is killing me!!

I thought that not all of my grades had posted on the portal also. Turns out, they only post the post-baccalaureate grades--Not the ones you had from undergrad. So you won't be able to see your histories, governments, or any other grades that counted toward your undergrad degree.

That's exactly what I ran into. The ONLY grades that I can see on Portal are the classes that I completed at TWU. I was assured that the approved courses from my other universities are "in my folder". I'm going to apply as soon as possible just in case there are any holes. That way, there should be time to make any corrections if necessary.

I called and talked to the program director, and she assured me that they have my other grades/transcripts. Ummmm, yeah...As if I'm really going to leave THAT to chance!

So as soon as they get the @#$%&@ application up, I'm going to get it turned in and then ask for an official review of my transcripts so I can make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I'm too old to have a snafu on this application process! :D

I heard that!!! I need to send my grades for this semester and hopefully they will have that up correctly. I hope they get their application up really soon!!!!

I am taking it on Saturday too at UNT! I'm sooo freaked out as well. Good luck! The material IS simple, calming the nerves is the hard part!

It's offical I made a A in micro!!!!! I'm so happy I have the GPA for TWU. For everyone who is taking the NET this Sat it's really not that bad. You will do fine. I believe TWU only requires a 60 on the reading
