Hello Princess WannaBe and other special Friends:
Soon we will be going through the same agony we just went through recently as we sat and waited on the letters with decisions that were made for our lives at the moment.
We are all going to be positive through this process again and once again
I am positive, upbeat and excited.
TWU Nursing Program here we come:nuke:
Princess WannaBe and others on the waitlist we are still pulling for each one of you to make into the Spring 09 program. Yes, as we know anything can happen...hang in there:yeah:
Aggie,
I'd be completely stunned if u didn't get in with those grades! That's great! I have a 3.9 ( I got 2 b's as well) but I got a 67 on my reading section of the net. So you should definitely get in. Everyone's grade is so close and then there's the net test. See you have ALOT higher net test score then I do but my grade is .5 higher than yours. Theere are alot of cases like that on here and I'm just so nervous!
That depends on how many 0.4 boosters are there... according to my understanding, we will all get into if there aren't that many 0.4 boosters. So, are they going to calculate the fast track students' gpa again because I think the fast track and traditional have different Pre-req. The traditional program requires like 58 credits... am i correct?
YES...unfortunately.. will be a lot more than the fast track pool. However, the GPA cut off will definitely be lower, pretty ladie.
At this point, I feel lucky that I still have a mere shot at traditional. It just makes me feel guilty sometimes that I added competition to those who originally applied for traditional only. On the other hand, my stat isn't awesome, so not much of a competition. Guys... please don't alienate me. :)
what do you mean the gpa cut off will be a lot lower. how is that? yall all have like 3.8's. thats a longgggg way from 3.4 lol :) or 3.39, since i recalculated my gpa, because i forgot to add in my sociology grade which was a b..yahhh. but explain dooooo explain. im just trying for one spot. i would L O V E to move to houston. & I would L O V E to stay in dallas. i need a job. any advice??
