In a Fox Business Network interview, Trump said that the sticking point for him in the negotiations over a new coronavirus economic relief package is Post Office funding: “If we don’t make a deal, that means they don’t get the money. That means they can’t have universal mail-in voting. They just can’t have it.”
No it isn't . Just go to the voting station and vote like we have always done . Mail in ballots are are too full of opportunity to cheat . One person One vote .

Just do it right and fair is what he's asking .
Cheaters envision opportunity to cheat at every corner. There's zero evidence of broad cheating with mailed ballots...but the whipped up fears are real.
Trump's not asking anything, he's taking boxes, shutting down mail sorters and cutting worker hours. He's telling us that he doesn't believe that most Americans cannot be trusted to vote as he votes. He's also a liar.

How about all the homebound patients like my Oxygen dependent husband, those with Cancer, Imunnocompromised, living with family members over age 65 who are concerned about COVID asymptomatic spread or my 85 yo aunt now in independent living ----who are getting + sending via USPS their MAIL IN ballot. It's still one person one vote.

I'm lucky that I've never stood more than 15 minutes in line to vote in my 45 years of voting. Since my polling place is just 5 blocks away, despite high risk for virus, I'll vote in person so Donald can see SAME DAY the result of my vote. There is no legal rule that vote count must be completed on day of election. The Electorial College (official vote for President + VP ) meets December 14th. If it takes a month to get Mail In ballots counted, that's OK.

MSNBC just announced that Postmaster states placing on HOLD further changes until after the election due to pandemic.
They need to unlock boxes and replace the removed equipment immediately. Simply stopping isn't near enough. It's unbelievable that Trump supporters want to pretend that the country is not in the midst of a national health crisis.

The people in my above post (seeking and submitting Mail in ballots) are not the protestors out on the streets. I expect the Protestors to show up in droves at the polling places OR submit ballot if work prohibits taking day off to vote.
How do we know how much money he has? SDNY now has the tax returns they requested relating to charges that he inflated his value when applying for loans from DeutcheBank, the ONLY bank that would give him a dime because the other big banks determined that he was a bad risk. Why did Deutsche Bank give him the money despite 4 bankruptcies to avoid paying his creditors? What was he going to give them in return? Curious minds want to know. Do you think that stealing from his charity and incurring a $2,000,000 fine is the hallmark of a good businessman? Do you think that hiring illegals at his MarLago tacky Olive Garden on steroids, and locking up children at the border at the same time was the measure of a good businessman? His own employees turned in him. And now more and more Republicans are giving it up for JB because he is an existential danger to us. We are only having this conversation as a side effect of his abysmal failure in curtailing this pandemic. Once he closed the flights from China (no, we were not first in doing so; nor were we 2nd or 3rd., his policies actually inflated the numbers so badly that we had to stay closed down way too long. Kids aren't in school because of him. Restaurants and bars aren't open because of him. I work with kids in the family court system. The courts are only online for criminal cases or for children who require immediate removal. If he had just shut up and let the professionals handle this, we wouldn't even have this thread.
