So, I took the NCLEX-RN today, got 75 questions... I felt like I actually knew very little to nothing. I had 23 SATA, 1 exhibit, no metrology, no other alternative formats, and a lot of priority questions and therapeutic communication and "what would you question" questions.
I am so sure that I failed... I thought I would keep going beyond 75! Ugh... I hate that I have to wait 48 for my QR!
Just to mention... my school required 50% of Virtual ATI to be completed prior to graduation. Also, at that time, we took the ATI predictor and I had a 93% chance to pass the NCLEX on the first try. I completed Virtual ATI prior to taking the NCLEX and got the GREEN-LIGHT from my ATI coach... at that time (this was this past weekend) I took another ATI predictor and had a 97% chance of passing NCLEX on the first try.
I also took and completed the Kaplan course. I completed all requirements except for like 150 of the qbank questions. My readiness test only scored a 58 though.
I did not go into it feeling super cocky or even super confident. I just wanted to pass.
Anyone have any advice here?

Did you try the trick? I have no advice because I just tested this morning and felt awful and cried in the car. I did the trick and that helped getting the good pop up but I'm afraid to get excited until I see my quick results.

Chances are you passed. Check you BON site. Your license number may post before your quick results
Someone posted earlier and said that the PVT doesn't work anymore because they updated their website... I'm too scared to try it because I don't have the money right now if it does go through

I took mine last Thursday, was sure I failed with 75 Q and at least 50-60% SATA. But it turned out that I passed, saw on the BON sight before the 48 hours. Also, the PVT did work for me.

Only option is the wait game at this point, keep in mind that most people who thought they failed ended up passing.
I used an old gift card that had a little money on it or nothing so if you have something like that maybe you could try. I wonder if the people who say it doesn't work aren't doing it correctly but I don't know, good luck!
I know, but this wait is agonizing!!

That sounds exactly like how my format was! 75 questions, about 20-25 SATA, 2 exhibit, and a bunch of prioritization! I left feeling like I failed! But I just found out I passed!!! You will too!

Took the test today. 75 questions with 38 SATAs!! Didn't seem like much overall content, very little pharm, OB and I am not even sure I received even one Peds question! Mostly fundamentals and Med surg and basically pick all the appropriate interventions or symptoms. It is amazing with nursing exams how one can have absolutely no clue how well one did! lol
