Took NCLEX today, got 75 Questions, 23 SATA, I'm pretty sure I failed

So, I took the NCLEX-RN today, got 75 questions... I felt like I actually knew very little to nothing. I had 23 SATA, 1 exhibit, no metrology, no other alternative formats, and a lot of priority questions and therapeutic communication and "what would you question" questions.

I am so sure that I failed... I thought I would keep going beyond 75! Ugh... I hate that I have to wait 48 for my QR!

Just to mention... my school required 50% of Virtual ATI to be completed prior to graduation. Also, at that time, we took the ATI predictor and I had a 93% chance to pass the NCLEX on the first try. I completed Virtual ATI prior to taking the NCLEX and got the GREEN-LIGHT from my ATI coach... at that time (this was this past weekend) I took another ATI predictor and had a 97% chance of passing NCLEX on the first try.

I also took and completed the Kaplan course. I completed all requirements except for like 150 of the qbank questions. My readiness test only scored a 58 though.

I did not go into it feeling super cocky or even super confident. I just wanted to pass.

Mine shut off at 75. I had about 10 SATAs, lots of multiple choice that had to do with teaching...quite a few prioritization as well. Been waiting 24 hours now and the wait is killing me!

Just found out that I passed!! I'm sure you will too!

Just wanted to give everyone an update! I passed my boards... found out with QR today!!! Yay!

Did any of you look over the 35 page NCLEX review they had posted on here from awhile back? If so, do you feel it helped? I take mine next Tuesday 6/28 & my classmates all keep passing, but I feel they studied for this much more than I have. ALthought some state they very minimally studied, also. I did well in school, but it's been hard to find my rhythm since graduating. I'm a ball of nerves.

GREAT JOB to those that have passed :) :)

I studied the guide and felt it was helpful. But it won't carry you through NCLEX. My test last Tuesday, was SATA, multiple choice, and NO math. It is a test of safety. Make sure you know fundamentals. Make sure you know infection control. And remember to breathe during the test. I studied for five weeks. I used ATI and Uworld. Of the two, Uworld is superior.
