So i took my nclex this am, and feel absolutely horrible. There was so many things I had no idea what the heck they were asking, or talking about, so much I know we did not learn in class. I do not feel confident at all, and am very scared. I had about 197 questions, and then boom-lights out.

I took mine today as well...77 questions. Really good or really bad?
I have no idea how I did. Some questions I knew, some I did not, others I tried my best to "critically think" about to answer...(if you don't know, you don't know).
At least you were given ample amount of questions to prove yourself!
I keep reading (on allnurses) that it is absolutely normal to walk out out of there feeling like you bombed.
Good luck to you! I hope the next few days brings you good news. I'll find out Wednesday am - this forum will be the 2nd to know - HA!!!!!!

I am soo confused as well. It shut off at 75q. However, they were harder questions I felt than the Kaplan. I felt like I didn't know that many. And when I went home there were at least 12 I didn't get correct. But I am unsure of the level of the questions. I only had like 4 SATA and maybe like 10 prioritizing, no drug calc and no delegation(is that a bad thing) like 10 med questions, and then some other randoms, infection control and such. I am sooo nervous I failed. I did all the Kaplan Qbank questions I even reached a 70% on a few exams and thought that I was finally getting it. Does anyone have any advice as to how they think I did. I mean I was happy when it turned off at 75 but I feel as though I might have totally bombed it. Please help meee.

I also took it this morning I got 75. I also had no calculations, no delegation questions... All I keep thinking is... Is this higher level or just route memorization? I felt like I had a lot of med and dietary questions... Well I guess i will just have to wait.
breathe.
I started doing better on the QBank questions as well. 68s-80s. There were things on there that the Kaplan book didn't even include, which had me gasping when I ran out of the building in tears. I had no multiple multiples, no diagrams, no calcs, just multiple choice.
Also forgot to add I think that the last question I had a gut feeling that I went on, and my friend swears that I am right, and thats when the computer shut off. Maybe thats a good sign?

Hang in there. Do not make assumptions on how you did. Wait for the results. The NCLEX is very hard to predict. Good luck.

Good luck.
does the more questions you take make it more likely you failed??
