Hi Guys,
Took Nclex went all the way to 265 questions. On my first 80 questions I feel confident but as it chug along all the way to 150 I know I'm in trouble:o I have two computations, 5 all that apply and lotsa priority and psycho. I notice some questions seems to be a repeat of the earlier questions. Does that mean I got it wrong the first time that's why its asking me again?
What are the percentage of passing for people going all the way 265 VS @75-80 questions shut off? It sure doesn't look good.

Hi Bunker,
I know someone from my class who got 265 and passed. I'm waiting for my test results, too...so I empathize with your anxiety. My computer shut off at 75 questions, and I don't feel like I passed! In some ways, I wish I had had more questions...but regardless of the number of questions you receive, the NCLEX is the goofiest, worst test ever. AND regardless of the number of questions remember: about 85% of candidates taking the test for the first time pass the NCLEX!
Try to do something fun to take your mind off of the test (easier said than done, I know), and stay positive! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
Good luck!

I took the nclex about a week ago, and got 265 questions too. I passed. Since then I have been asking around and reading a lot of messages boards, and it seems like more people pass than fail with 265. There is definitely hope =)
Thanks guys, coz all my friends Nclex shut off at 75, 80 and 150. They all pass! Seems to be I'm the only person who won the Nclex Lotto of 265. Oh well. I hope God can grant us our wish of passing. Thanks again for the kind words.

Good luck. Lots of people get all questions and pass.
The number of questions is only the number of questions.

Hello all,
I took the BIG ONE on Weds. and got 265 and jusr found out today that I passed. So do not give up hope and wait the full 48 hours after to check results. I had my heart set on the fact that everyone I knew had had their results within 24 hrs. mine took the whole 48 and then some. Just in case this will help anyone I studied Davis, Kaplan and Priority and Delegation workbook (this one helped the most). I had a lot of priority questions. Alot of pshcy, peds, OB, herbs, religion, meds (i had never heard of) 2 med cal. 5 or 6 all that apply, spinal cord injury, Cushings, Addisons. That is all I can remember. Hope that helps

i'm so glad i found this thread :) i took mine today and had 265 questions, and felt like i was only sure of like 10 or so of them! ahhh...i'm freaking out
I think I passed the Nclex@265,still waiting for the official notification from BON. Got my info from the "Licensee Lookup" found my name complete w/license#. It seems to be the new norm of "passing" @ 75 & 265. Just my personal input. Took me 5 hours:smackingf to finish. Was the last person out. Anyway, I prayed hard, everyday at exactly 3PM after the exam. I hope that will help calm your nerves.
