WOW! thats all I can say! I posted last night about super anxiety regarding my middle initial not being on my ID but the lady did not even care/notice/say anything so that was good news #1
NCLEX took me about 3 hours! I got all 265 questions, I was not freaking out because I figured out the TRICK: if you answer a Q correctly the next Q you get will have ONE word in bold; "priority, first, next, action" these are the words in BOLD in every question of higher than passing. The ones I answered incorrectly AKA I knew it was a total OFF the air guess, the next Q did NOT have the those words or any words in bold form and were much EASIER than them; take that as you may!
Just did the trick and got the GOOD POP UP - Thank GOD!!!!!!!
I just hope it works and I actually did pass - lmao

Thank you for the information. I hope it helps me. I plan to take my NCLEX in about 2 weeks. I will be watching out for those types of questions. I am so nervous about taking mine. How did you study and how long did you study for? Thanks again.
hey! I studied Kaplan Qbank (cant say ENOUGH good things about Kaplan!) ALL nclex question - every one of the 265 - was not new to me; I did ALL 7 kaplan trainers and was confident! I highly recommend Kaplan!
Thanks again. I have heard some really good things about Kaplan.

You know what I noticed that too! Another thing I noticed is something someone posted before regarding the time you spent in each questions... I so hang up on the time that I finished the 75 questions in less than 50 min!
You did ok time wise, and 265 in 180 min is not bad, we were told that 265 questions means that you are still on the game, and that you can pass! Also heard by a very trustful source that 15 to 20% of the test takers will get 265 questions regardless, so fingers crossed for you.

I took the RN test for the first time on Monday and have been so worried. I think I am almost the last student from my cohort to take it. I just know that I got over 80 questions and don't know how many more I had after my first break. The exam cut off about 40 min after the 2 hr break! I tried the pop up and according to the instructions, I may have passed but it's been 4 days! I just pray that I will be able to handle whatever news I get fr the BON. Good luck to all!:)
