Congratulations!!!
I know your excitement... I graduated last month. All of the paperwork for licensure is in, I've registered for NCLEX... now I wait for the ATT...
We did good!
What kind of nursing do you plan to get into?

I hope to go to ICU or into Wound Nursing. We have a large regional Burn Center here and that would be too cool. Jobs for new grads are somewhat scarce here and that being the case, I am not going to be real picky. More importantly than what type of nursing I do, is to find a place that has a good new grad program.
Hey what is the "ATT..."?

Congrats! Believe it or not, you WILL miss nursing school (or at least some of your classmates) on down the road.
ATT is Authorization To Test. After you apply to your state's Board of Nursing, after they've verified that you actually did graduate from a nursing program, then they'll send you your ATT. That will permit you to register for the NCLEX.
